Quality Assurance is the key to our business. Our QA process ensures you, the client, always receives the best from us whatever service you require. In our language services that means excellent translations and high quality Interpreting while continuously improving the overall service to you.
The fundamental aim of our QA process is being able to deliver a high quality and relevant service thats meets your requirements whether it be translations, interpreting, copywriting or training. In order to do this, we implement a process based on speed, transparency, continuous feedback and issue tracking.
On all translation jobs we complete the text is reviewed and QA’d after completion as standard. Further to that a translator and a proofreader work on each project (where clients choose the proofreading option). The proofreader checks for correctness, appropriate writing style and consistency. When anything that needs adapting is found, they are documented within our system and clients are provided with details in order to receive any additional input.
As our client, all of your communication is managed by dedicated Relationship Managers (RM), so that you have one point of contact who understands all of your requirements. RM’s in turn work with Project Managers who look after the logistical side of getting your translations complete by the best translator, on time and in the right format for delivery.
At every stage each team member is working to their own quality measurements to ensure the service you receive is outstanding!
